“After suffering from low back and knee pain since my teenage years, I entered the profession of massage therapy to understand what my own body was going through. I believe my own ailments have helped me to create realistic and effective treatment plans for my patients.”
Lindsay graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Canada and has since worked as a registered massage therapist in Hong Kong for over 12 years.
She treats a variety of clients from office workers to sports enthusiasts and can tailor her treatments to suit each client’s individual needs.
She uses several techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
As a mother of a young toddler, she has a keen interest in and is very experienced treating pre- and post-natal women. She believes that massage therapy during these vulnerable times can really help to heal the body and the mind.
