Keith is originally from Sydney, Australia and began his yoga practice in 2010 looking to bring a physical balance to other sport and fitness activities. With time and more exposure to the broader mental, emotional and physical benefits of yoga, Keith sought opportunities to develop and enhance his understanding of yoga and deepen his practice.
Keith has completed over 1000hrs of Yoga Teacher Trainings, including 300hrs Yoga Therapy certification, and continues to study to enhance and develop skills particular in regards to therapy, anatomy and research. Keith is an experienced yoga teacher having taught with Anahata Yoga Studio in Hong Kong as well as supporting the NGO – Andiappan Yoga Community as a volunteer teacher supporting their charitable projects. Additionally, Keith is a NASM Certified International Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
Keith enjoys working with people across all areas of the community to aid their personal wellness experience. Being a keen student of yoga, fitness and wellness research and studies, Keith is eager to continue to develop his knowledge and skills and share these widely – finding purpose in helping others wherever possible.
