Catherine Graham has a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Monash University, and prior to this has a background in the corporate and NGO field.
Catherine uses techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfullness to assist clients in changing their lives for the better and reaching their full potential. She has supported clients with anxiety, stress, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, body image and life transitions to name but a few.
