Located in an old building but OCHK itself felt comfortable and warm in terms of interior design. The front desk host, Pinky, was also very welcoming and I felt comfortable immediately. I saw osteopath Jonine Nash for the first time - who was incredible and helped me relieve all the muscular tension I was holding in my neck, shoulders and back body chain due to a recent foot injury. She also performed an extremely effective manual massage to my foot and toes to relieve it of the swelling and thereafter helped my last toe get back into the correct position so I can get back on my feet faster. I had pretty bad lower back pain postpartum. Lindsay was amazing at massaging away my knots and left my entire body feeling more loose. She massaged areas of my body that really needed extra loving where other masseuses have not been able to previously.

Lindsey has helped me pre and postnatal to address my aches from being pregnant to breastfeeding. She’s an excellent listener and also very knowledgable. She’s able to pinpoint where the tightnesses were and provided much needed relief! It’s always a pleasure to chat with Lindsey as she is very easygoing and pleasant to talk to. I had a wonderful experience at the Osteopathic Centre Hong Kong! I received a pregnancy massage from Lindsay Eng who was very experienced and knowledgeable. Have been going to Steve for years when needed and Sarah too when Steve is fully booked. Both are fantastic, Steve in particular, always asks great questions in assessing my issues and then just seem to always be able to pinpoint my problem areas. I always walk out feeling great. I went to Osteopathic Centre Hong Kong not really knowing what to expect, but not knowing what to do about some new pain that I was experiencing. Through working with Stephen over a few months, I was able to leave stronger and better equipped to deal with my scoliosis and all that comes with it.
